We had an amazing experience with True Surprises! Since we weren’t able to make it to Wilmington to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday in person, we wanted to do something special from afar. The balloon delivery was absolutely beautiful and brought the biggest smiles to her face. The entire process was easy, thoughtful, and professional, and it truly helped make her day unforgettable. We’re so grateful for the care and joy they delivered. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make a loved one feel special!

"True Surprises really kicked our eighth-grade dance up a notch. Their lighted balloon walkway at the school entrance and exit looked beautiful under the trees. The team was easy to work with and super sweet. We look forward to working with them again — highly recommended!"

We had the most beautiful experience with True Surprises for our “Baby in Bloom” gender reveal and baby shower! Gisela and Estefani created an absolutely stunning balloon setup that exceeded all of our expectations. Every detail was elegant, creative, and perfectly matched our theme. They were professional, kind, punctual, and truly brought our vision to life. We received so many compliments from our guests and couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop for such a special day. If you’re looking for a team that is talented, reliable, and passionate about what they do, I highly recommend True Surprises for your next event! 💐🎈
